SignalFx Receives PagerDuty’s Prestigious “Innovation Partner of the Year” Award

The award was presented to SignalFx during the keynote at the PagerDuty Summit in San Francisco on Sept. 12, 2018. On the same day, SignalFx CTO, Arijit Mukherji presented a technical session “Monitoring that Monitors the Monitors of the Monitors”, discussing how companies can break the cycle of alert fatigue by improving the quality of the signals they monitor. Arijit showed how SignalFx combined application metrics with metadata from its ChatOps tools to generate more accurate and earlier warnings about incidents as they happened in real-time.
